Marketing Opportunity: Marketing Intern 

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking students completing their undergraduate to join our Marketing team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry.  

This shared-services company supports the IMI business units (icon Mechanical, iENG Design, eagle Controls, and iSuite) and provides a uniform, employee-based culture founded on our Support the Build mentality. This mentality aligns with our employee-owned company so that all personnel take an owner’s mindset approach to our business. iSuite is headquartered in Nashville, TN and has branches in Granite City, IL, Chesterfield, MO and Charlotte, NC. 

We are currently looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team located at our headquarters in Granite City, IL for the upcoming Summer of 2026. Our ideal candidate for this role is personable, organized, and energetic, with strong communication skills and a passion for engaging audiences and supporting team initiatives. We are looking for someone who can provide valuable support in day-to-day marketing activities—such as content creation, social media coordination, and campaign execution—while being mindful of brand consistency and the overall experience of both internal and external stakeholders. 

Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s Marketing Intern include:  

Supporting the Marketing team in daily administrative tasks 

Assisting in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, events, and web) 

Supporting activities relating to internal online store and merchandise management 

Preparing promotional presentations 

Acquiring photo and video footage from project sites and prefabrication facilities 

Supporting the brand management and content 

Helping distribute marketing materials 

Helping organize marketing events 

Performing other duties as assigned 

Primary qualifications for iSuites Marketing Intern include:  

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field 

Currently a sophomore or junior in college 

Self-motivated with excellent time and communication skills (oral and written) 

Possessing a strong desire to learn along with professional drive 

Working knowledge of different marketing techniques 

Working knowledge of MS Office 

Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) 

Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics, and Google AdWords) 

Possessing a passion for the construction industry and its best practices 

Demonstrates confidence in their knowledge and is committed to researching the answers and finding the right solution for things they do not know 

Working Schedule & Compensation: 

 Working Schedule: 40 hrs./week 

Compensation: $21.00/hour
