Financial Compliance Intern
Assist and support the Finance department.
YOUR IMPACT
- Support preparation of overhead rates
- Support CAS405 review
- Assist government audit support
- Perform labor floor checks
- Run monthly JDE reports
- Cost center reviews
- Review allocations
- Review vouchers
- Support Compliance training metric
- Assist in Government rate development and review
- Assist with weekly and monthly metric reports (Labor and OH rates)
- All other duties or responsibilities as assigned
*This position has a Spring 2026 start date
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Student working towards a degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field throughout the entire duration of the internship
- Graduation date on or after May 2027
- This is a YEAR-ROUND opportunity. Individual must be willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI for full duration or part of the internship
- Must be willing to work full-time hours during summers and breaks, and part time hours (around 20 hours per week) during the school year.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required with strong excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
