Financial Compliance Intern

Assist and support the Finance department.

 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Support preparation of overhead rates
  • Support CAS405 review
  • Assist government audit support
  • Perform labor floor checks
  • Run monthly JDE reports
  • Cost center reviews
  • Review allocations
  • Review vouchers
  • Support Compliance training metric
  • Assist in Government rate development and review
  • Assist with weekly and monthly metric reports (Labor and OH rates)
  • All other duties or responsibilities as assigned

 

*This position has a Spring 2026 start date

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Student working towards a degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field throughout the entire duration of the internship
  • Graduation date on or after May 2027
  • This is a YEAR-ROUND opportunity. Individual must be willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI for full duration or part of the internship
  • Must be willing to work full-time hours during summers and breaks, and part time hours (around 20 hours per week) during the school year.

 

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required with strong excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
