Dates: Late May–Early August (11 weeks)
Compensation: Earn up to $6,000 + travel and housing included

As an Impact Team Member, you’ll spend your summer leading youth mission trips, guiding middle and high school students as they serve communities, discover leadership, and grow in their faith. Along the way, you’ll receive intentional mentoring, leadership development, and hands-on ministry experience that will shape you for years to come.

🧰 What You’ll Do
- Participate in immersive training over Memorial Day Weekend
- Lead and disciple students on mission trips and service projects
- Help create a challenging, Christ-centered environment for growth
- Support your Trip Leader with logistics, planning, and project oversight
- Engage in daily reflection, self-evaluation, and goal setting
- Celebrate with the full team at our end-of-summer retreat
