Summer Youth Arts and Crafts Instructors
Calling all artists and teachers!
The Worcester Center for Crafts Youth Program is seeking proposals and instructors for kids and teen summer classes running between June and August 2026. Classes are 1–2 weeks long and meet from 9 AM to 3 PM. We’re especially looking for Glass and Metals instructors, but are open to fresh ideas and new mediums!
Qualifications:
- Experience teaching and developing curriculum for young children, pre-teens, and/or teens in an arts setting
- Able to interact with and engage children and families
- Knowledge of arts & crafts materials and keeping the studio spaces clean
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, essential is being timely and reliable
- Able to lead a classroom while being professional and patient
