Position:  Program Director, Exempt Position

Description:

Supervision of residents and staff in a 14-unit supported apartment community.  Duties include developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized plans for residents; coordinating financial, medical, psychological, and social services; maintaining records; supervising/training staff; completing monthly scheduling; carrying out policies and procedures of the agency.  This position may need to work on the floor at times to maintain adequate staffing.  Requires a strengths-based and people-first orientation.
