Occupational Therapist
We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team of Early Intervention Providers! Our Children's Therapeutic Services program at Easterseals utilizes each child’s natural curiosity to create the experiences that enhance growth and development in partnership with their families and their caregivers. The person best for this position will work with a team of pediatric therapists providing early intervention services (i.e. speech, sensory, etc.) to children from birth to school age. Responsibilities will include conducting in-depth assessments and evaluations, developing and implementing plans-of care, writing daily and quarterly progress reports and participating as a member of IFSP and IEP teams. Therapy is provided in home and clinic settings.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, or related degree
Valid and Current OT License
Reliable vehicle and insurance
3 years’ experience working with young children preferred
Compensation: $70,000 per year
Hours: This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position.
