Jackson and Coker is hiring a Data Entry Intern for Summer of 2026. Interns will receive in-depth training and take on responsibilities similar to full-time associates, gaining hands-on experience in maintaining accurate client order records. The role focuses on duplicating and updating provider information from vendor management systems into the internal Customer Management System (CMS), contributing to efficient operations and meaningful impact across healthcare communities.

Additional Details:

• Opening and updating 8-10 Client Orders daily in our Customer Management System (CMS) with the right contract details and job descriptions.
• Ensure data accuracy through regular audits of open and closed orders
• Upload job postings to external boards and the company website to attract providers
• Maintain speed and accuracy in entering and updating orders to meet deadlines
