About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and licensed Therapists to join our team, providing counseling services to students in grades 3–12 across the Metro Atlanta school district. In this role, you will work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and support teams to help students build emotional resilience, improve coping skills, and foster academic and personal success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy for students (grades 3–12) within assigned schools
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track progress
- Collaborate with school counselors, teachers, and administrators to support student well-being
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards
- Participate in team meetings, training, and case consultations
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia license: LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing trauma-informed, culturally competent care
