Jackson and Coker is hiring a Customer Care Intern for summer of 2026. Interns will receive in-depth training and take on responsibilities similar to full-time associates, gaining hands-on experience in supporting the privileging, verification, and licensing processes. Key tasks include data entry, reference checks, and source verification—helping streamline provider onboarding and making a meaningful impact in healthcare communities nationwide.

Additional Details:

• Input provider CVs, applications, and travel details into the company database
• Request, collect, and organize provider and client information to support onboarding
• Communicate with provider offices via phone, email, or mail to gather missing details
• Assist with provider verifications, reference checks, and contact sheet development
• Upload booking confirmations, timesheets, and travel-related expenses for accounting
• Provide general support to the Customer Care team to ensure a smooth privileging, verification, and licensing process
