Position Overview
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and personable Sales Associate to represent Pilula at our holiday kiosk. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has a passion for wellness or design, and takes pride in creating an elevated shopping experience.
Responsibilities
·Greet customers warmly and introduce them to the Pilula Pod and Pilula Track app
·Share product knowledge, demonstrate features, and communicate brand story
·Maintain a clean, visually appealing kiosk and organized product displays
·Handle transactions accurately (via card reader / point-of-sale system)
·Meet daily and weekly sales goals
·Assist with restocking and inventory management
·Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
·Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
·Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
·Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance
·Comfortable using technology (mobile app demos, simple POS system)
·Available weekends, evenings, and peak holiday hours
