ERMA Systems is an AI-powered SaaS platform transforming how life-sciences companies manage their Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process. We help pharma and biotech teams streamline promotional review, ensure FDA compliance, and bring materials to market faster.
We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth as we enter our pilot and seed funding phase. This role will focus on identifying and securing pilot partners, building strategic relationships, and expanding ERMA’s presence in the life-sciences and regulatory technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage pre-commercial and smaller commercial pharma/biotech clients.
- Lead outreach, demos, and partnerships with regulatory and medical affairs teams.
- Manage the business development pipeline from prospecting to onboarding.
- Gather market and client insights to shape ERMA’s growth strategy.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in BD, partnerships, or SaaS sales (life sciences preferred).
- Strong understanding of MLR/PRC workflows or regulatory compliance.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in an early-stage environment.
