Title: IT Analyst
Location: Boston
Overview of Function:
The IT Analyst for Collaboration is responsible for supporting the deployment, administration, and continuous improvement of L.E.K.’s productivity and collaboration tools, including Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, OneDrive), data analytics platforms (Tableau, Alteryx), and a growing portfolio of AI-powered and user productivity tools (e.g., Grammarly, Deepl, Whiteboard, PowerPoint add-ins).
The role involves close work with senior team members to execute strategic tool rollouts, implement automation via PowerShell, and address third-level support tickets escalated by the Service Desk. A strong understanding of automation, platform monitoring, and AI tools is essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 Management: Support the configuration, maintenance, and user support of Microsoft Teams, Office, and OneDrive platforms.
- Tool Deployment & AI Enablement: Assist in the deployment and maintenance of AI-powered and productivity tools, ensuring high usability and business alignment.
- Collaboration with Data and Analytics: Support deployment and administration for D&A platforms to enhance reporting and data-driven decision-making across teams. Collaborate closely with data analytics teams to troubleshoot and optimize workflows for Tableau and Alteryx.
- Automation & Monitoring: Create and maintain PowerShell scripts and/or automation platforms like Microsoft Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks and monitor platform health and usage.
- Third-Level User Support: Respond to escalated support tickets from the Service Desk, providing expert-level troubleshooting and resolution.
- User Enablement & Training: Deliver training sessions and create user guides to help end users maximize the value of collaboration and AI tools.
- Tool Lifecycle & Governance: Participate in the evaluation, rollout, and governance of new and existing collaboration tools, ensuring stability and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications.
- Proficiency in PowerShell for scripting, automation, and monitoring tasks.
- Exposure to AI-enhanced productivity tools and a strong interest in emerging technologies.
- Understanding of cloud productivity environments and Microsoft 365 admin centers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in support scenarios.
- Ability to communicate effectively and translate technical content for end users.
- Willingness to learn new platforms and complete structured training plans.
- Attention to detail in documenting procedures, configurations, and support resolutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD/Entra integration.
- Demonstrated experience using PowerShell in enterprise IT contexts.
- Certifications in Microsoft 365, Teams Administration, or scripting/automation.
- Understanding of IT governance for collaboration platforms.
Professional Experience and Team Work:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in IT operations, with a focus on collaboration tools or end-user technologies.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and in cross-time-zone environments.
- Working language is English only.
- Participation in global/regional cross-time-zone meetings required.
