Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant to CEO

📍 Alpharetta, GA 🕒 Full-Time 💼 Hybrid 

Pyramid Consulting Inc, a leading technology solutions provider based in Alpharetta, GA, is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and manage key business agreements. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or alumni with 2–3 years of professional experience who are ready to take on a high-impact role at the heart of a fast-paced organization.

 

🔑 Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Coordinate CEO’s calendar, travel, and meetings
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-up materials
  • Handle confidential communications with professionalism

Contract & Agreement Management

  • Review, track, and manage client MSAs and vendor agreements
  • Collaborate with legal and internal teams to ensure compliance
  • Maintain organized records and version control of all contracts

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments on behalf of the CEO
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects

 

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates and alumni encouraged to apply)
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in executive support, operations, or contract management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools

Bonus Points

  • Experience in legal operations or contract administration
  • Background in tech, consulting, or high-growth environments

 

💼 Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package aligned with your experience and qualifications. The anticipated base salary range is $55,000 to $65,000 pa.
