Role Summary
We are hiring a motivated, detail-oriented analyst to help improve how our firm originates and executes deals. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent college graduate who wants to learn how an investment banking and advisory firm operates behind the scenes. You will document workflows, identify inefficiencies, organize due diligence materials, and assist with CRM reporting and performance tracking
What You’ll Do
- Map and document workflows for BD, sell-side, and buy-side activities
- Identify bottlenecks and propose practical process improvements
- Maintain due diligence checklists, data room structures, and standardized templates
- Audit and review CRM platforms to determine what best fits within WISTLR systems
- Measure results after changes and help adopt new standards
- Research light tools and automations that improve speed and accuracy
Who We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate in business, finance, analytics, engineering, or related field
- Comfortable with Excel
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Curiosity and willingness to learn. Prior industry experience is not required
