Core Skills & Early Experience
- Marketing Foundations:
- Exposure to social media marketing, blog writing, or basic website updates
- Understanding of SEO concepts and how they connect to visibility and growth
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, or similar channels
- Entry level videography and editing experience
- Technology Comfort: Willingness to learn HubSpot CRM/CMS, analytics dashboards, and marketing automation tools.
- Content Confidence: Ability to draft posts, blogs, and thought-leadership content that supports brand-building.
Expectations & Commitments
- Travel: Up to 25% for trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Execution: Follow a structured marketing roadmap, while developing skills to eventually design and optimize campaigns independently.
- Growth Path: Work side-by-side with leadership to progress from executing tasks to driving Brandmotion’s inbound engine and brand presence with increasing autonomy.
