Business Analyst – Public Sector
About the Role:
Nagarro is seeking a Business Analyst to support Public Sector projects. This role is ideal for upcoming or recent graduates who enjoy analyzing business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and helping deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design digital solutions for Public Sector clients
- Assist in user research, interviews, and usability testing.
- Help create user personas, wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.
- Support in translating business requirements into engaging and accessible user experiences.
- Learn to iterate designs based on feedback and usability data.
- Assist in data collection, validation, and analysis to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or upcoming graduate in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SDLC or Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with visualization or documentation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with process modeling and documentation tools is a plus.
- Interest in Public Sector technology solutions.
