About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial BD & Growth Associate to help expand our global client portfolio. You’ll be part of the team driving outreach, relationship-building, and partnership growth with fast-scaling companies across AI, enterprise tech, and manufacturing industries.
You’ll learn directly from our leadership team, mastering sales strategy, client management, and deal execution while developing the skills to become a future Client Partner or BD Lead within 6–12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and events.
- Support outreach campaigns and client meetings — from introductions to proposals.
- Build relationships with founders, executives, and HR leaders at innovative tech companies.
- Participate in industry conferences, webinars, and virtual networking sessions.
- Manage and update client data using CRM tools, helping track outreach and deal progress.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters and analysts to align client needs with OCBridge’s solutions.
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and reports for internal and client-facing presentations.
Who We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate or final-year student majoring in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in both 1:1 and group conversations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to own projects and solve problems independently.
- Comfortable engaging with executives in tech and startup environments.
- Organized, ambitious, and eager to learn B2B sales and relationship management.
- Interest in AI, technology, or recruiting is a strong plus.
