C Coding Algorithm Researcher

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Strong programming experience in C/C++.
  • At least 10 hrs/week to put toward the project

Responsibilities: 

  • Gain an understanding of the current implementation of a complex network algorithm (written in C). This algorithm supports a method for meta-analysis, which combines multiple studies into a single conclusion.
  • Adapt the existing algorithm to incorporate a new methodological idea I’m exploring.
  • Improve ease of use for end users.
  • If a student makes a meaningful contribution, they would be included as a coauthor on the resulting publication.
