Are you enthusiastic, organized, and love talking to people? Do you get excited about weddings and want to be part of creating meaningful moments for couples? ParkWed is looking for a Call Setter to join our growing team!
About the Role:
As a Call Setter, you’ll contact warm leads (no cold calls!) who have already expressed interest in our services. Your job is to make a great first impression, learn more about the couple’s wedding plans, and schedule a consultation with our founder.
This role is perfect for someone interested in wedding planning, events, hospitality, or sales—and looking to gain experience in a client-facing role.
What You’ll Do:
- Call and text leads provided by the company
- Build a genuine connection and share excitement about our services
- Schedule planning calls for potential clients
- Record all activity in our CRM (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
- Assist with light admin tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Great communication skills and a friendly, confident phone voice
- Organized and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
- Interested in the wedding or events industry
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Experience with CRMs or similar tools is a bonus
Details:
- Part-time: ~15 hours/week
- Remote / Work-from-home
