Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for 2 Senior Analysts located in New York, NY. The Senior Analysts will be responsible for performing financial analyses, supporting M&A and private placement processes, developing financial models, preparing pitch decks, and conducting market research. These individuals will also assist in deal execution and due diligence efforts and work closely with senior team members on various financial projects and transactions.
Qualifications
- Financial analysis and financial modeling skills
- Experience in TECH M&A processes, private placements, and due diligence
- Strong market research and presentation creation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- At least a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
- Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field is required
