Next Era Energy | IT Storm Support Business Analyst - College Intern

This position at Florida Power & Light Company is part of their FPL Solutions Power Delivery IT team and is a paid Storm Support Business Analyst Internship in Analytics/Research, based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. It's for students pursuing bachelor's degrees or higher with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and lasts for an internship period. Interns will support real-time monitoring of IT systems during storm events while creating PowerBI dashboards and reports for storm response teams, gain expertise in Microsoft PowerBI, Salesforce, and SQL concepts, and develop skills in data analysis and executive storytelling for power restoration efforts. This role provides hands-on experience in Analytics/Research within the electric utility sector and is ideal for students interested in business intelligence, data visualization, and utility operations management.
