aosenuma is looking for a Project Manager to lead AI-driven projects primarily for ESG and related industries. This role involves coordination among AI developers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage project lifecycle from start to finish. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

• Develop project plans and track progress using agile methods. 

• Address project risks and implement mitigation strategies. 

• Facilitate status meetings and report to stakeholders.

• Maintain technical documentation and process workflows. 

• Optimize agile practices like sprint planning and retrospectives. 

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of team members.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in project management within AI or software development. 

• Understanding of AI technologies and software processes. 

• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). 

• Agile project management understanding. 

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely. 

• Organizational skills focused on deadlines and quality outcomes.

 Preferred Qualifications: 

• Familiarity with AI tools. 

• Experience managing software projects.
