Talent Acquisition (Human Resources) Intern
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern (Human Resources) to join our People team in Charlotte. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment and talent initiatives, including sourcing, candidate engagement, and project-based work. It’s an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open roles.
- Recruitment Marketing: Support campaigns to attract talent, including employee referral programs and employer branding initiatives.
- Project Support: Contribute to projects such as SOP creation, interviewer training, and talent pool development.
- Systems Exposure: Gain experience using platforms such as Monday.com and Darwinbox through pilot projects.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, coordination, and candidate communications.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Interest in recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR or project management tools a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
