Master Social Worker

Metanoia is seeking a compassionate and trauma-informed Master Social Worker / Counselor to provide direct care and counseling to residents in our residential program. This role includes conducting assessments, facilitating both individual and group therapy, managing service plans, and supporting residents through trauma recovery and life transitions. The social worker will coordinate closely with internal staff, external agencies, and clinical partners to ensure holistic and culturally competent care. A Master's in Social Work (MSW) and 5+ years of experience working with youth, particularly in trauma-informed settings, are required.
