We’re seeking a Digital Advertising & Analytics Intern who’s passionate about performance marketing, data insights, and creative strategy. If you love uncovering what makes people click, this is your opportunity to get hands-on experience in live ad campaigns and real analytics environments.
🎯 What You’ll Do
🔹 Campaign Management & Optimization
- Assist in building and optimizing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Help conduct A/B testing on creative assets, targeting, and ad copy.
- Collaborate with our creative team to test visual and messaging variations for performance.
🔹 Analytics & Reporting
- Track key campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversions) using native dashboards and internal tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and compile actionable insights for weekly reports.
- Identify optimization opportunities and propose growth experiments.
🔹 Strategy & Funnel Development
- Help design audience targeting strategies and retargeting sequences across platforms.
- Support ad-to-funnel integration using Automate365’s CRM and automation tools.
- Contribute ideas for improving user acquisition, lead generation, and ROI through data.

🧠Supervision & Mentorship
As a Digital Advertising & Analytics Intern at Automate365, you will be directly supervised and mentored by a member of our Marketing and Automation Strategy Team, led by K.C. Gleaton, an experienced marketing automation strategist and founder of Automate365.
You’ll receive:
- Weekly one-on-one check-ins to review progress, performance metrics, and skill development.
- Hands-on training in digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GoHighLevel dashboards).
- Guided project feedback on campaign setup, reporting, and data interpretation to help you strengthen both technical and strategic skills.
- Mentorship and career guidance from marketing professionals with real-world experience across multiple industries, including real estate, automotive, and luxury markets.
- Performance evaluations at the midpoint and conclusion of the internship, focusing on measurable growth in analytics, communication, and campaign management.
- This internship is structured to ensure a collaborative, feedback-driven learning environment, designed to help you build confidence, expand your professional portfolio, and prepare for a career in digital marketing and analytics.

Hands-On Skills You’ll Use and Develop
- Ad Platform Management: Experience setting up, monitoring, or analyzing campaigns in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Ability to run split tests on creative assets, headlines, and audiences — and interpret which variables drive better results.
- Performance Tracking: Using analytics dashboards to measure CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion metrics, and turning those numbers into actionable insights.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Building performance summaries and trend reports in Google Sheets or Excel to communicate what’s working (and what’s not).
- Audience Targeting: Creating and refining custom and lookalike audiences, managing retargeting lists, and understanding the customer journey from impression to conversion.
- Automation Integration: Supporting ad-to-CRM workflows using GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Zapier to ensure leads from campaigns flow seamlessly into automation systems.
- Creative Collaboration: Working with the design team to test and evaluate different visuals, copy styles, and calls to action for improved engagement.
- Keyword and Trend Research: Conducting keyword analysis and staying on top of ad trends, formats, and platform updates to keep campaigns optimized.
- Campaign Documentation: Maintaining organized campaign notes, test logs, and reporting dashboards for performance tracking and future reference.
- AI-Enhanced Marketing Tools: Exploring AI platforms like ChatGPT, Jasper, and Midjourney for creative ideation, copy refinement, and ad optimization strategies.
