Mechanical Technician
This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems in all areas of the brewery.
This role is for 3rd shift weekends 7:00PM - 7:00AM Saturday - Sunday and 11:00PM - 7:00AM Monday - Tuesday.
$6/hr premium for hours worked between 6:00PM-6:00AM.
Essential Duties:
• Maintains, monitors, troubleshoots, and repairs mechanical systems
• Collects and analyzes test results
• Research repair/replacement parts and installs equipment
• Assists other mechanics when needed.
• Other duties as assigned
Education/ Experience/Skills:
• High school diploma plus 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent
• Basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, chemical handling skills and abilities
• Basic working knowledge of building codes
• Basic math and writing skills
• Ability to be part of on-call mechanical program
• Ability to read and interpret, instructions, policies, and regulations
Working Conditions: Brewery, Distribution Center, Production Areas
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 80lbs., and carry objects weighing up to 47lbs up to 100 feet.
• Ability to push/pull weights up to 75 lbs. and maintain the grip strength required to carry objects including buckets and boxes.
• Must show fine motor dexterity.
• Demonstrate their ability to climb stairs, stoop, crawl, twist, squat and reach overhead.
• The position requires frequent, constant standing and walking.

The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.
Starting Hourly Rate: $23.00-$28.50/hour
