Part-Time, Weekend-Based with Strong Commission Incentives
Pay: $19–$24/hour base + tiered commission (5%–14%)
About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on, motivated Sales Lead to represent the BAXTER WOOD brand at local San Francisco weekend markets. You’ll oversee booth operations from logistics to sales, ensuring an elevated customer experience while driving revenue.
Schedule
Weekend-based (primarily Saturdays and Sundays)
Additional event opportunities may arise – flexibility is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive booth materials either at your home or from FedEx/UPS drop points
- Transport & Set Up booth displays at the event site
- Merchandise products for optimal visibility and accessibility
- Engage customers and guide them through the sales journey
- Close Sales confidently and process transactions
- Break Down and ship back booth items to the BAXTER WOOD warehouse
Compensation Details
- Hourly Pay: $18–$20 depending on experience
- Commission Tiers:
- 5% earned on commission sale of $0 - $5000
- 6% earned on commission sale of $5000 - $10,000
- 8% earned on commission sale of $10,000 - $15,000
- 11% earned on commission sale of $15,000 - $25,000
- 15% earned on commission sale of $25,000 - $40,000
- 20% earned on commission sale of $40,000 - $60,000

Ideal Candidate
- Independent, organized, and proactive
- Has access to a vehicle (or reliable transport for booth materials)
- Strong communicator with retail or customer-facing experience
- Physically capable of lifting merchandise and standing for extended hours
- Passionate about design and customer service
