Resident Care Assistant

This is a resident care position in the assisted living settings for the Long-Term Care Campuses of La Crosse County where there is an emphasis in person centered care and a home like environment. Employees are selected by and work under the supervision of the Assisted Living Supervisor.

AM Shift: 7am-11 am (short shift option). This includes a weekend and holiday rotation.

PM Shift: Full-time, part-time and short shift part-time available! 2:30pm-11pm or 5pm-9pm (short shift option). This includes a weekend and holiday rotation. 

NOC Shift: Full-time and part-time options available. 11pm-7am. This includes a weekend and holiday rotation. 

This schedule is ideal for candidates seeking occasional or supplemental hours.

Wage depends on experience!
- Up to $21.28/hr & $23.28/hr on weekends with a differential for non-certified positions.
- Up to $22.39/hr & $24.39/hr on weekends with a differential for certified positions.
