Objectives of this role

  • Providing physical or occupational therapy per physician's plan of care
  • Designing and executing individualized treatment plans to relieve pain, restore mobility, and boost function
  • Growing clinical outcomes through trackable, evidence-based practice
  • Documenting treatment progress efficiently in our EMR system

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations: review patient history, assess needs, and formulate clinical plans
  • Lead therapy sessions using manual techniques, exercise, modalities, and hands-on support
  • Reassess and optimize treatment based on patient progress and metrics
  • Educate patients and caregivers on at-home therapy and recovery strategies
  • Guide support staff and coordinate care in alignment with your plan
  • Engage in local outreach and marketing events to connect with the community
  • Approach challenges proactively and contribute ideas that build a positive and professional atmosphere

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) in TX
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational aptitude and attention to detail

 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • New grads welcome! Experience is a plus, but passion is everything
  • Comfort using EMR software to support clinical documentation
  • Creative mindset—ready to take part in local marketing and community engagement
