Position Overview
We’re seeking motivated and compassionate Physical Therapists who are excited to start or grow their careers. Whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced PT, we offer a supportive environment with mentorship opportunities, flexible assignments, and competitive pay.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients to improve mobility, strength, and independence
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Document progress and outcomes in compliance with state and facility guidelines
- Educate patients and families on home programs and preventative care
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- California PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve their goals
