Part-Time Event Host – Private Dinners

Job Summary:

Blossom Philanthropy is seeking a personable and polished Event Host to lead and manage private dinner events for groups of 12-20 guests at various restaurants across the Greater Phoenix area. You will create a warm, engaging atmosphere, ensuring each event runs smoothly and guests feel welcomed and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet groups of 12-20 guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Guide the flow of the dinner, including introductions, announcements, and smooth transitions.
  • Coordinate with restaurant staff and event organizers to ensure seamless service.
  • Engage guests with conversational skills to foster a comfortable and enjoyable environment.
  • Address any guest requests or changes with tact and professionalism.
  • Represent Blossom Philanthropy with poise, maintaining high hospitality standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience hosting private dinners or similar social events, preferably with groups of 12-20 guests.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Calm, adaptable, and attentive in dynamic social settings.
  • Availability for part-time evening events with flexible scheduling.
  • Reliable transportation within the Greater Phoenix area.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with upscale dining etiquette.
  • Previous hospitality or event coordination experience.
