Job Description

This role is a part of our Voya Investment Management Entry Level Program. This program, which will begin in July 2026, is designed to develop the careers of entry level employees and provide you with the unique opportunity to begin your investment career while gaining hands-on experience and on-the-job development and training. The program will include working with all internal groups, loan production, legal, servicing, risk portfolio and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the development and analysis of investment proposals.

Assist in the underwriting, committee approvals, drafting and acceptance of commitments.

Assist in the loan closing process including lease review, third party reports, estoppels and SNDA’s.

Work closely with risk management and asset management teams to maintain existing portfolio; involves review and market underwriting of current assets to monitor any existing or future risks.

Work with the servicing team on maintaining on book assets.

Work with the portfolio management team on maintaining investor relations.

Participate in industry courses and seminars to increase skills and knowledge.

Ability to work independently and offer solutions.

Travel occasionally to markets for property and marketing tours.

Qualifications

Applicants should be graduating with an undergraduate degree in December 2025 or spring/summer of 2026

College degree with major in real estate or business related major and minor in real estate.

Strong academic standing (GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred).

Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel, Word and Power Point.

Knowledge of Argus and other analytical software applications.

Analytical background.
