🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Content Creation & Management
- Design eye-catching graphics, reels, and social posts using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
 - Write captivating captions, taglines, and microcopy for posts, emails, and social campaigns.
 - Plan and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook using tools like Buffer or Later.
 - Build and manage a monthly content calendar that aligns with Automate365’s brand voice and marketing goals.
 
🔹 Brand Storytelling & Engagement
- Develop creative themes and campaigns that communicate Automate365’s message clearly.
 - Monitor engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) and suggest content improvements.
 - Participate in brainstorm sessions to shape content ideas and series.
 - Help maintain consistency in brand tone, color palette, and messaging across all channels.
 
🔹 Collaboration with Digital Advertising Team
- Partner with the Digital Advertising & Analytics Intern to design creative assets for paid campaigns.
 - Adapt high-performing organic content for ad testing and A/B experiments.
 - Review campaign data and audience feedback to refine future designs and copy.
 - This collaboration provides a real-world look at how creative content and analytics work hand-in-hand to drive results.

- Are enrolled in college and eligible to receive academic credit.
 - Are majoring in Marketing, Communications, Media, or Graphic Design.
 - Love social media, storytelling, and bringing brand voices to life.
 - Have experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools.
 - Have strong writing skills and attention to detail.
 - Are organized, curious, and open to feedback.
 
🙌 Bonus Points If You...
- Have experience with Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
 - Know basic video editing or short-form content creation.
 - Understand SEO basics or content analytics.
 - Can show us examples of your creative work (IG pages, class projects, etc.).

This internship provides structured mentorship, ongoing feedback, and professional development.
You’ll receive:
- Weekly one-on-one check-ins with your supervisor for feedback and guidance.
 - Project-based evaluations to assess your creative growth.
 - Collaborative meetings with the Digital Advertising & Analytics intern to align creative and campaign goals.
 - A final evaluation and written performance review to support your academic credit.
 - Your direct supervisor will be K.C. Gleaton, Founder of Automate365 — a marketing strategist and automation expert — along with creative direction from the Automate365 marketing team.
 
🧭 Training & Support
Before starting, you’ll receive:
- A creative onboarding guide introducing Automate365’s brand voice, tools, and content process.
 - Access to design templates, examples, and a shared content library.
 - Guidance on how to collaborate with performance marketing and automation teams.
 - Opportunities to shadow campaign planning and client marketing sessions.
 - We use Basecamp to track projects, deadlines, and feedback, ensuring clarity and collaboration every step of the way.
 
📈 Learning Outcomes
By the end of this internship, you will:
