
Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, and plays an important part in ensuring the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and marketing-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Greet clients and visitors upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed
Manage front desk operations, including answering the door and receiving deliveries from couriers
Handle scheduling support and assist with appointment coordination as needed
Perform accurate and timely data entry
Conduct marketing research to support company initiatives
Assist with preparation and coordination of marketing mailings and other outreach campaigns
Provide general administrative support to the team as required
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
