Market Agent (Field Sales Canvasser, Entry-Level)

Be the boots-on-the-ground hero for a cutting-edge restoration company. As a Market Agent, you’ll canvass year-round (or part time) in Denver and surrounding areas, engaging with homeowners and arranging free inspections for storm damage. This is a full or part-time, entry-level role with base pay plus commission and major growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Knock doors in storm-affected neighborhoods, educate homeowners, and book inspections.
• Share CarbonBlack’s unique value: high-quality roof replacements often covered almost entirely by insurance deductibles.
• Record leads and appointments using our CRM and mobile tools.
• Represent CarbonBlack with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
• Attend training and team meetings to continuously sharpen skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; students and recent grads encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills and approachable personality.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
• Own transportation is a plus, but not required.
• Tech-friendly—able to use smartphone apps to log leads and appointments.
