ABA Therapist

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities and autism. As an ABA Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles, providing support and guidance to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
  • Conduct patient assessments to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Provide support to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral therapy.

Experience

  • This position is ideal for someone working towards a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
  • Previous experience in behavioral health settings or special education is highly desirable.
