CLIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE I - 654752576

SUMMARY:             
 
This position provides complete sales and administrative support to the Financial Consultant (FC) and occasional support to the CTFS Operations Manager as required.
 
 
 
 
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 
·        Place and receive sales/service calls to/from clients, prospects, vendors, the bank
 
o    Return calls to clients according to the FC’s established client service guidelines
 
·        Keep FC’s calendar full, first with sales appointments, then service appointments, utilizing  
 
           route 44, (set 4, set 4)
 
·        Advise FC of all time sensitive issues involving clients or compliance, as well as
 
           deadlines/cutoffs for monthly production
 
·        Assist with retail and corporate referral training
 
·        Plan and organize public events, e.g., seminars, public speaking engagements and client
 
           appreciation events per the direction of the FC and/or the business plan
 
·        Maintain & update client files (hard copy and computer)
 
o   includes branch trade report, notifications, books and records status updates
 
o   meet deadlines as required
 
·        Maintain & update compliance files
 
·        Prepare various FC reports
 
o   includes FC activity report; retail referral and production reports
 
·        Track all revenue, both pending and paid
 
·        Maintain sales literature and forms
 
·        Maintain office and order supplies as necessary
 
·        Daytime travel to various bank branches and training conferences as required
 
·        Keep FINRA registered office(s) and client files compliant
 
·        Complete all B/D sales assistant training as made available
 
·        Ensure all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures
 
·        Other duties/tasks/requests as assigned
 
 
 
 
 
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE
 
·        High School diploma or equivalent
 
·        Driver’s license required
 
·        Excellent oral and written communication skills
 
·        Proven PC skills, including proficiency with all components of Microsoft Office, internet, and email     
 
·        Experience with contact management software preferred
 
·        Excellent organization skills/detailed oriented
 
·        Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills
 
·        Able to stay focused and work independently with little supervision
