Junior Account Manager
Three Potato Four is a design-driven product development studio and wholesale brand based just outside Philadelphia. We create custom merchandise and collections for leading lifestyle, fashion, and retail brands, while also producing our own line of vintage-inspired goods sold nationwide.

We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to support both our custom projects and key wholesale accounts. This role is client-facing and requires coordination across our design team, production partners, and overseas factories. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day management of custom product development projects from concept through delivery

Serve as a point of contact for key clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates

Coordinate with factories and vendors on sampling, production, and timelines

Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables

Assist senior team members with account growth and new business opportunities

Qualifications

1–2 years experience in account management, project management, or related role (internships considered)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines

Interest in design, product development, and retail industry trends

Comfortable working with overseas vendors and cross-functional teams
