How You’ll Make this Internship Opportunity Your Own  

 

GDIT is seeking a talented Jr. Research Analyst who is passionate about technology and software applications. This individual must be motivated to deliver innovative capabilities that directly impact some of GDIT’s most complex government, defense, and intelligence projects across the country.  

 

A Day in the Life   

Performs administrative duties in support of a department or customer. Works on a short-term, seasonal basis.

Performs research, analysis, development, and evaluation of systems, procedures, and data in assigned functional area

Work remote with a team of professional spread across the United States.

Conduct research in a wide variety of policy and coverage areas to assess potential risk and vulnerabilities in federal healthcare programs.

Work with team to assess risk, develop mitigation strategies, and document and present findings to customer.

Synthesize complex policy and regulatory guidance to develop recommendations, both written and verbal, to present to senior leadership.


The Must-Haves  

Education: Candidate should be pursuing a degree in Health Care Management or Public Policy at the Bachelor's, Master's or Phd level.

Required Technical Skills: Proficient in computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.
 

What Will Make You a Stand-Out Candidate  

Interest in public policy and global relations

Ability and interest in synthesizing information and data

Basic knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in scientific functional area(s)

Basic knowledge of the related equipment and systems used in scientific functional area(s)

 

GDIT interns are paid and full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks. Applicants should have a minimum of one semester remaining in their studies after their internship concludes. Take the first step and apply today!
