About the Role

Viva Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused Bar Servers to join a 4-star hotel in Doha, Qatar. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a lively bar and restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests in the bar/lounge area with professionalism and warmth.
Take orders accurately and deliver beverages and snacks efficiently.
Ensure the bar area is clean, stocked, and well-presented at all times.
Provide recommendations and upsell beverages to enhance guest experience.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints in a courteous manner.
Work closely with the bar team to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Bar Server/Waiter/Waitress, ideally in a hotel or restaurant environment.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Good knowledge of beverages and cocktails (training will be provided if needed).

Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team spirit.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
