Window Cleaning Technician

Job Type: Entry level, full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour + tips + commissions
Expected hours: 32-40h per week

Our window cleaning technicians provide amazing customer service, aiming to go above and beyond for our customers on every job. No prior cleaning experience is required- we will train you!

Technician Weekly Job Duties:
- Clean interior and exterior windows (residential and commercial) using industry standards, techniques and equipment
- Clean and scrub window tracks and screens
- Clean gutters, roofs and solar panels
- Power wash brick and concrete (often without harsh chemicals)
- Soft wash house siding, decks and balconies
Shared Responsibility and Teamwork:
- Maintain a clean van by removing trash and debris and organizing inventory
- Manage tasks such as cleaning rags, auditing and changing out supplies
- Be a great team player and contribute to the team’s success daily
- Attend weekly team meetings and be part of a positive culture
- Take pride in doing a great job- every single time
- Show up on time (5 min early), in full uniform, every day
- Do what you say you are going to do, and leave every job better than you found it
Additional Requirements of the Position:
- Communicate effectively with the entire team and our customers
- Safely lift up to 50lbs of equipment
- Valid Driver's License
- Climb ladders
- Work outside frequently (in both the cold and heat)
