$55,000 – $60,000 Annually + Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations, from staffing and scheduling to guest experience and restaurant performance.
- Drive consistent sales growth while meeting company goals for profit and loss.

- Deliver excellent guest service every day while ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained restaurant.
- Provide coaching and feedback that helps your team grow and succeed.
- Safeguard company assets and ensure proper security, food safety, and sanitation standards are always met.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
- A hands-on leader who can inspire, coach, and build strong teams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
