What You’ll Do
- Assist with contract administration and subcontractor management
- Help prepare and review change orders
- Learn job cost reporting and project analysis
- Contribute to work plans, schedules, and resource planning
- Participate in project meetings and team coordination
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and safety policies
Who We’re Looking For
- Current student pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Technology
- Some related experience is helpful (coursework or previous internships)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn
