Position Overview
We are seeking a Holistic Travel Planner to help clients organize and book travel experiences that emphasize wellness and mindful exploration. This role is remote and ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about curating unique travel itineraries.

Primary Duties

Consult with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, and special requirements

Research destinations, accommodations, and activities that support wellness-focused travel

Build personalized itineraries tailored to client needs

Manage reservations, confirmations, and updates to ensure accuracy

Partner with hotels, resorts, and service providers to coordinate details

Provide clear pre-travel information and responsive client support

Stay informed about wellness travel trends, seasonal retreats, and cultural experiences

Requirements

Strong organizational and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

Customer service experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, or event planning

Proficiency with booking platforms and digital tools

Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
