About the Role

Ship end-to-end features with AI-assisted coding by default. You’ll work across the stack (React/Next.js/Tailwind + Node/Python) and the AI layer (LLMs, RAG, agents, evals) to build product UI that feels fast, polished, and not-at-all “dashboardy.”

What You’ll Do

  • Build crisp, performant UIs and the APIs behind them.
  • Integrate LLMs into real flows (prompting, tools, retrieval, agents).
  • Add lightweight tests/evals and instrument what you ship.
  • Demo weekly, iterate quickly, and land work in production.

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Ship quickly and improve with feedback.
  • Use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) naturally in your workflow.
  • Care about UX craft—great app feel over clunky dashboards.
  • Enjoy small-team pace and wearing multiple hats.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Git — branch, commit, PR, handle reviews (you know the basics and use them daily).
