FlowMosaic is an early-stage startup building a modular AI-powered automation platform for small businesses, nonprofits, and solopreneurs. We create lean, practical tools that replace manual workflows using tools like Notion, GPT, Make, Google Sheets, and forms.

We’re looking for a Co-Founder focused on Business Development & Growth — someone who wants to build a real business alongside the founder, take ownership of sales/marketing strategy, and drive customer traction.

 

Your role will include:

  • Defining and building a repeatable lead generation pipeline
  • Testing growth experiments and marketing campaigns
  • Running outbound email, demo flows, and customer acquisition strategies
  • Contributing to sales collateral, onboarding funnels, and GTM content
  • Collaborating on partnerships and customer success opportunities
  • This is an equity-based role with co-founder status (no salary). Only apply if you're ready to build, not just contribute.

Key Notes

 This is a co-founder opportunity, not a job or internship.

 Compensation is equity-based only at this stage (10%–15%).

 Best suited for individuals passionate about building something real, lean, and scalable.

 Long-term goal: build a profitable, acquisition-worthy business in a niche automation space.
