Key Responsibilities

Develop Dashboards and Reports: Utilize Power BI and other analytics platforms to create insightful dashboards and reports.

Support Data Quality Initiatives: Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in data quality.

Document Data Processes: Help document data sources, processes, and metrics for reporting and governance purposes.

Collaborate with Agile Teams: Work with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver analytics solutions and learn Agile methodologies.

Participating in Agile Processes: Engage in regular sprint meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of the Agile process.

Explore Advanced Data Tools: Leverage advanced data tools such as Databricks, Reltio, and Data.World under the guidance of senior team members.

Contribute to Workflow Improvement: Assist in the continuous improvement of analytics workflows and data quality standards.

Learning & Development Opportunities

Qualifications

Current undergraduate or graduate student in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. ( expected graduation date 2026)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Basic understanding of data concepts and familiarity with spreadsheets or database tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
