JOB TITLE | All Kids Care Adult Associate 

EMPLOYMENT STATUS | Part-time, hourly 

REPORTS TO | All Kids Care Coordinator 

SUMMARY OF POSITION | 

To cultivate a loving space of faith-enriched care for children of parents attending Sunday services, Wednesday evening groups or other weekly gatherings. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES |  

Partner with  All Kids Care Coordinator to cultivate an environment for children that grows their spiritual formation with age-appropriate activities.  

Engage with all children fostering an environment of love and acceptance. 

Assist with program logistics as needed 

Assist with restroom breaks/ diaper changes, when necessary. 

QUALIFICATIONS | 

Warm and welcoming personality 

Previous experience in providing care in a professional setting for children 

Background check (paid by Cathedral) 

High School Diploma 

Must be available Wednesday evenings 5:45 pm - 8:00 pm and Sundays 8:45 am - 12:30 pm

TRAINING PROVIDED | 

Safe Sanctuary Training 

Children’s Ministry overview and introduction 

Planning Center 

HOURLY RATE | $18/hr.
