TMAC helps small and medium-sized manufacturers in the El Paso region strengthen their operations, grow their businesses, and compete nationally and globally. We provide training, consulting, and resources to advance quality, workforce, and technology adoption. As part of our outreach, we are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to help showcase the stories of local manufacturers.

We are looking for a Marketing Intern with strong interests in social media, photography, and video production. This role will focus on creating engaging content to highlight manufacturers, TMAC’s programs, and community impact. The intern will work closely with our team to build awareness, strengthen online presence, and share success stories across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

Social Media

  • Manage and schedule posts on LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Develop creative campaigns to increase engagement and visibility of manufacturers.
  • Monitor analytics and suggest improvements for outreach.

Photography & Video

  • Capture professional-quality photos and short-form videos during manufacturer site visits, events, and trainings.
  • Edit and produce compelling visual content for marketing, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain an organized digital library of images and videos.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in developing digital catalogs, flyers, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with TMAC engineers and project managers to create content that reflects the impact of our work.
  • Contribute ideas to strengthen TMAC’s brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing (CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills (written and visual).
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Interest in manufacturing, technology, or community development is a plus (no prior experience required).
