Digital Growth Manager (Remote, Part-Time)

Compensation: $250/month base + commissions + bonuses (part-time, 15–20 hrs/week Mon - Thursday)

Pro 7 Sports Recruiting is a nationally recognized college recruiting agency with a 100% placement rate for high school athletes across 25+ sports. We also operate CoachEsprit Speaking, a motivational speaking platform focused on sports, business, and leadership.

We’re looking for a Digital Growth Manager who can help us scale our impact by managing our Go High-Level (GHL) systems while also driving new revenue opportunities through affiliate growth, sub-account sales, and booking paid speaking engagements.
 

🎯 Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone who loves digital tools + sales growth. You’ll manage back-end operations inside our CRM (GHL), while also taking a lead in expanding revenue through sales and outreach. If you’re motivated, coachable, and eager to earn uncapped performance-based income, this is the perfect role.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Go High-Level (GHL) sub-accounts for recruiting and speaking businesses
   
• Maintain workflows, funnels, and reporting dashboards (training provided)
   
• Promote and grow our affiliate program
   
• Sell sub-accounts of our digital systems (with plug-and-play templates)
   
• Pitch and book paid speaking events
   
• Track performance and deliver weekly growth updates
  
   

Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary: $250/month retainer
   
• Commissions:
  
  
  • $100 per sub-account sale + $25/mo residual (12 months)
     
  • 10% commission on speaking engagements (5% recurring for repeat bookings)
     
  • 25% bonus on affiliate program’s first payout
     
• Performance Bonuses:
  
  
  • $250 bonus for 5+ sub-account sales/month
     
  • $250 bonus for 3+ speaking events/month
     
  • $150 bonus for 10+ affiliate referrals/month
     
  • $500 quarterly bonus for $10K+ revenue milestone
    
     
• Growth Path (90 Days+):
  
  
  • Base increase to $400/month if KPIs met
     
  • Sub-account commission increases to $250
     
  • Eligible for Growth Director role to manage junior affiliates
    
     

KPIs (Monthly Targets)

• 10 affiliate pushes
   
• 5 sub-account demos delivered
   
• 2+ sub-account sales closed
   
• 10+ speaking event pitches
   
• At least 1 speaking event booked
  
   

What We’re Looking For

• Familiarity with Go High-Level (GHL) or other CRM/automation tools (preferred, not required - some training provided)
   
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or digital growth
   
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
   
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
   
• Comfortable with commission-based earnings and performance targets
